Professional Development Workshop - Creativity in the Workplace

A professional development workshop will focus on using creativity in the workplace to boost innovation, achieve better problem solving and build a sense of rejuvenation and renewed purpose.  Studies show that promoting a culture of innovation and creativity leads to greater productivity and staff satisfaction.  An approach that values risk-taking and experimentation while also fostering curiosity will likely promote an organization’s overall performance.  This workshop will focus on elements of creativity such as risk-taking, tolerating uncertainty, psychological openness and optimism.   Through discussions and hands-on creative exercises, participants will delve into new ways of thinking about themselves and their profession and explore the psychological barriers that may contribute to a lack of fulfillment or purpose.
